Hulda Clark Zapper and Parasites
The AutoZap 5 super-fast zapper is a perfect companion to a comprehensive body cleanse. It works by wakening up your immune system and allowing your body’s own defenses to work for you. Many people report losing nests of parasites after using the zapper, plus many other benefits. See www.ZapperStories.com for customer feedback.
Here is a list of times when I personally have used the zapper:
- when I travel and need support against foreign bugs, flies, water microbes etc,
- as protection against the flu/cold when other family members are sick,
- when I feel like I’m fighting something or overtired and feel on the verge of catching a cold,
- when the kids have been in contact with others who are sick
- after having been to the dentist, or having a tooth extraction
The beauty of the Zapper is that it doesn’t use the digestive system to do its work in your body. We are told that it works through the blood stream.
The AutoZap 5 is the Hulda Clark zapper, designed for a lifetime of self health for you, your family and even your pets. It costs less than a day or two off work sick. Or a couple visits to a naturopath. Or one typical vet bill.
Got 5 minutes to super-charge your health?
It only takes FIVE minutes a day. That’s all the time it actually takes. It couldn’t get any quicker or easier.

Dandelion Root Tea Recipe
Dandelion is one of the best herbs for cleansing and detoxification with laxative and diuretic properties. Europeans have used dandelion for anemia, diabetes and liver disease. This cleanse is great for liver cleansing.
The directions here are for the do-it-yourselfer, but you can also purchase bags of dehydrated chopped dandelion roots in your local Health Food Store. Of course, doing it yourself is virtually free!
How to dry your own dandelion roots
- Harvest Dandelion Roots in the fall after flowering, although any time is fine.
- Wash the roots well and dry.
- Crush them into pieces the best you can or slice thinly.
- Spread the dandelion roots on a baking pan or dehydrator rack
- Bake at a very low temperature (200 – 250 degrees) and bake until they are dry, or dehydrate until dry – it may take a long time. If baking in the oven, leave the oven door open slightly so the moisture can escape. Stir occasionally to make sure the roots are drying evenly. Cool.
- Store dried dandelion roots in an airtight container/package.
Directions for dandelion tea
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of dried roots
- 1 cup of hot water
Let steep for 5 minutes.
Drink dandelion tea hot or cold.
Tips for Dandelion Leaves and Dandelion Tea Cleansing:
- Make sure you harvest Dandelion Roots from a place that has not been poisoned, sprayed, near traffic, or near animals.
- Look for a large, mature clump of dandelion leaves to find the longest, fattest root.
- Dandelion leaves are a great spring tonic – cut up the young leaves into a salad for extra nutrition
- You can eat Dandelion leaves cooked like spinach or beet greens. You must acquire a taste for the bitter flavor and actually enjoy them.
- For Super Nutrition, add dandelion leaves when you juice vegetables.
- I have made dandelion hot drink (coffee substitute)!! Roast the dried roots in the oven until toasty, place them in a coffee grinder and grind to a fine powder (coffee). Add a cup of boiling water to 1 tsp of the dandelion powder. Add honey to taste. It is a taste you must acquire, but knowing it’s so good for the liver is encouraging!
- Dandelions help to detoxify the liver, gallbladder, kidneys, blood, aid the digestion, help the endocrine system and tissues that have had toxic buildup over time. Dandelions also have been known to help with water retention. Dandelion greens are best eaten raw and fresh for maximum benefit, while the roots are best when made into a tea.
Essiac Tea
Essiac Tea is an ancient formula that is known for its immune boosting qualities, as well as detoxification and cleansing of the whole body.
That is why people with the following conditions drink this tea: chronic disease and chronic pain, arthritis, kidney problems, liver problems, diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, constipation, poor immune system etc. Almost anyone can benefit with this cleansing tea.
Here is the homemade formula:
6 1/2 cups of Burdock Root (cut)
16 ounces Sheep Sorrel (herb)
1 ounce Turkey Rhubarb Root (powder)
4 ounces Slippery Elm Bark (Powder)
Mix ingredients thoroughly in their dry state.
Preparation of Essiac Tea:
8 ounces (of the Essiac mix, dry formula above)
2 gallons of distilled water in stainless steel kettle
Bring the water to a hard or brisk boiling point (30 minutes)
Put the Essiac dry mixture into boiling water, stir and boil hard for 10 minutes
Allow to sit and cool slowly for six hours.
After six hours stir it thoroughly with wooden or stainless tool.
Let it sit for another six hours.
Return kettle to stove and bring to a boil.
At the boiling point, turn off the heat and pour the contents through a stainless strainer into a second stainless kettle.
Clean the first kettle thoroughly, then strain contents a second time from pot two back into pot one.
Bottle the tea immediately into dark amber glass bottles and seal it when hot.
Store in refrigerator.
Dark amber bottles may be purchased from just about any drug store pharmacist.
How to Drink Essiac Tea
Heat two ounces (four Tablespoons) of distilled water, then mix it with two ounces of Essiac tea, taken directly from the refrigerator.
- Essiac should be taken at bed time on an empty stomach at least 2 hours after eating.
- It can be taken in the morning on an empty stomach. If taken in the morning, do not eat for at least 2 hours after taking the Essiac
- Keep the Essiac refrigerated at all times.
- Shake well each time before pouring.
Hulda Clark Constipation Tea
Here’s Hulda Clark’s Constipation Tea from her book “The Cure for All Diseases“, p. 548 by Hulda Regehr Clark, PhD, N.D.
Constipation is often caused by E.Coli and Salmonella from dairy foods, or from killing “good” bowel bacteria with antibiotics (killing a few by zapping actually restores good flora). Eat foods that restore the body’s good bowel flora: vegetables, sterilized milk (the milk sugar is essential), lots of water.
There are a lot of remedies for constipation, but many people enjoy this tea:
1 Tablespoon senna tea leaves
1/2 tsp mint leaves.
1 quart water (4 cups)
Boil for 1 minute. Add a dash of Vitamin C and brown sugar to taste.
Sip through the day to avoid “belly-ache”. It can take years for the body’s flora to “right themselves” after an antibiotic session. Be patient.
We recommend this type of constipation remedy occasionally, but for the longer term we recommend getting to the root of your constipation issues, and working with your gut, fiber, enzymes, live raw food, fermented foods, and any other way to establish good bowel movements.
Hulda Clark Liver Support Tea
I have personally done this recipe 3 times, and am on my 4th now. I have purchased a bag of the prepared herbs. But next time, being a Do-It-Yourselfer, I will be following this recipe below, as outlined in “Dr. Clark’s Healthy Recipes” Hulda Regehr Clark, Ph.D., N.D. Copyright 2010 New Century Press, LLC.
This is easy to prepare, and if you add a little apple or cranberry juice it tastes really good.
These liver herbs are not the same as the Liver Cleanse – which helps to remove gallstones. Rather, these are herbs which traditionally have been used to help the liver function better. I have only used these herbs as a cleanse, not for long periods of time. Please consult your herbalist for more information on these herbs and how they can be used to support your own health.
Suggested Use:
Mix all the herbs.
Add 1/2 cup) herbs to 2 quarts (8 cups) water, and bring to a boil.
Turn off the heat and cover. Let it stand for 6 hours.
Strain, and add sweetener like honey or agave syrup if desired.
Dr. Clark suggests adding coconut cream to taste extra good!!
Drink up to 3 cups per day, or as directed by a health professional.
Freeze leftover herbs, and use one more time.
Liver Support herbs are for adults only, 16 years and over.
6 parts Tanner’s Oak Bark, Quercus alba (white oak bark)
3 parts Gravel root, Eupatorium purpureum (queen of the meadow)
3 parts Jacob’s staff, Verbascum thapsus, (mullein herb)

Why your Toxic Overload Inventory is NECESSARY, and HOW IT AFFECTS YOUR HEALTH.
Homeostasis is a state of stability in which your health is maintained evenly and well. Your body is able to maintain a good weight level and you feel good.
When there is an upset to your life in any way (dehydration, lack of adequate nutrients, stress, accident, toxic assault in any form, etc) your body system can go out of balance and will need correction.
If the correction is not made, symptoms will develop into chronic problems and diseases, which are then harder to reverse. e.g. inflammation of any kind (arthritis and almost all diseases), obesity, allergies, cancer, etc.
Go to HERE for the Dr. Hulda Clark’s method and protocol, where we help you clean up your home of toxicity.
