Chamomile tea is my favorite herbal tea. I have experienced the health benefits especially for relaxing the nerves and soothing the stomach. I have also personally used it as a hair rinse. But here are some other benefits: reducing inflammation, pain relief, and immune support.
After his visit with a Cuban Doctor, our friend was prescribed a Liver support tea. He gave me the recipe:
- 2 teabags of chamomile tea steeped in 2 cups boiling water for 10 minutes
- Add 2 tsp brown sugar and mix. (Apparently a vital ingredient to the cleanse)
- Drink the tea throughout the day and also at night.
Here are the results he noticed immediately: Sleeping better at night, no more itching on his skin, no more muscle pain, and no more nausea.
To me, this sounds like a pretty remarkable outcome. Because of it, I’m drinking chamomile tea much more often (minus the brown sugar!!), and listen to what my body is telling me.
